The Test Ride is created for guests who would like to try a Segway before booking a full Segway Tour in Budapest.
It is a short and easy experience designed especially for beginners and first-time riders.
During the Test Ride, our guides will help you learn the basics, practice safely, and see how comfortable and fun riding a Segway can be.
This experience is perfect for anyone who wants to feel more confident before joining a longer Budapest Segway Tour.
WHAT TO EXPECT !
MEET US
Your tour guide will welcome you at the office and explain how the Test Ride experience will work. For safety, every participant will receive a helmet before the ride begins. After the introduction and preparation, your guide will begin the Segway training and experience with you.
Your experience begins at our office in the near of Hungarian Parliament street . Our team will welcome you, help with check-in, and prepare everything for your ride.
SAFETY TRAINING
Before the Test Ride begins, your guide will explain how to ride the Segway in a simple and comfortable way. Our professional tour guides are specially trained to help beginners feel confident very quickly — many guests become comfortable riding within just a few minutes.
During the training, you will learn how to control the Segway, turn, stop, and move comfortably before starting the ride. Your guide will stay with you during the experience to make sure you feel relaxed, safe, and ready to enjoy your Budapest Segway Test Ride.
TEST RIDE AROUND THE AREA
After the training, your guide will take you on a short Segway ride around the area near our office so you can feel more comfortable and confident riding the Segway.
During the ride, you will also have the chance to see the Hungarian Parliament and enjoy the atmosphere of central Budapest before deciding to join a full Segway Tour Budapest.
JOIN A TOUR AFTER
After the Test Ride, you can choose from our different Segway tour options after the experience, just like many of our guests do.
After the Test Ride, your tour guide will show you the available routes and help you choose the best option for your Budapest adventure. If you would like to continue riding, you can easily join one of our guided city tours.
